How We Can Help
Home Presentation Consultation
Whether you’re preparing to sell or your home is already on the market, we can help you decide where to focus your efforts. We visit your home and suggest practical ways to improve its presentation, working with what you already own wherever possible. Afterwards, you receive a prioritised action list to work through yourself, with the option to book us for hands-on help.
£225 · Includes a visit of up to 90 minutes and a bespoke action list
Hands on Home Staging
and Styling
If you would like help putting the recommendations into practice, we can rearrange furniture and style your rooms to bring out your home’s best features. We make use of your existing furnishings wherever possible and can suggest additional pieces where they would make a worthwhile difference. The work and any purchases are agreed with you beforehand.

Photo Shoot
Preparation
We help your home look its best for the photographs buyers will see first. Prior to the shoot, we arrange each room and add considered finishing touches so the space feels welcoming and photographs well. Where needed, we can also loan accessories for the photography, for a small additional charge. On the day we can act as the photographers assistant, making sure that all goes smoothly.

Staging Your Home - How it Works

Book a consultation
If you are unsure what help you need, or you would prefer to do your own home staging, why not book one of our in person consultations? We visit your home, review your piorities and look at how the rooms could be presented. Afterwards, we send you a practical action list, so you know where to focus your efforts.
Further help if you need it
You can work through our recommendations yourself, or ask us to help with the preparation and styling. Any additional work is quoted separately and agreed with you before we begin. You can also jump straight into this phase if you know that you definitely need our support.

This was a much loved family home that was being sold due to downsizing. We helped the owner clarify what she wanted to keep and take with her and what could go, repurposed some of the rooms and improved the layout, before adding some carefully chosen new furniture and accessories.
