Photo Shoot Styling
Styling homes and holiday lets before the shoot so every photograph shows the space at its very best.
Every Listing has Potential
Great photography sells properties. But even the best photographer can only capture what's in front of the camera — and an unstyled room, however tidy, rarely does a property justice.
We prepare properties ahead of a shoot so every photograph works as hard as it possibly can. Working alongside your team and your photographer, we style rooms to look their best, so listings stand out and holiday lets convert casual browsing into confirmed bookings.
Our aim isn't to make every property look the same — it's to reveal the best version of the one in front of the camera.
Are you...

If so, we'd love to help.
Why Staging Works
Buyers and holiday let guests make snap judgements — often within seconds, and almost entirely based on photos.
Thoughtful styling helps them focus on the space rather than the distractions. It creates a welcoming atmosphere, improves your marketing photographs, and gives buyers or guests the confidence to enquire, view, or book.

How We Can Help
Photo Shot Styling - What's the Process?
Step 1 – Site Visit
We visit and assess the property, and discuss what you/your photographer are hoping to achieve, then send over our recommendations. Sometimes properties are "shoot ready" but we often find there are things that need attention and it is better to tackle these ahead of the actual shoot.
Step 2 – Pre shoot styling
We visit the property prior to the shoot to set it up, moving furniture and accessories, dressing the rooms, and setting out lifestyle scenes. We may add fresh flowers, food items or other accesssories, sometimes we can loan staging items too. All of this means that the photographer arrives to a fully dressed property and can get on with the shoot straightaway with no delays.
Step 3 – Shoot-Ready
We visit the property on the day of the shoot to meet the photographer and make sure everything meets their requirements, we can also stay to add support on the day itself to keep everything looking its best.
Step 4 – Post-shoot
We visit after the shoot to put everything back and remove any of our loaned staging items, fresh food etc.
