We put together an outline proposal and quote, bespoke to every property. You agree the scope and budget before we proceed.
Design and Project Management
We move into the detailed design scheme, mood boards, and interior specifications. We then source all of the items needed to fulfill the brief - furniture, accessories, kitchenware - everything from the teaspoons to the bedspreads.
Where required, we can organise any compliance requirements for you such as fire risk assessments, and manage any property improvements needed before launch. We can organise anything from getting the windows cleaned to a new kitchen installation.
Transformation
We install the furniture and accessories, and style and prepare every room with care and attention to detail. We style and dress the rooms ready for the professional photos.
Launch
Your property is guest ready and it's time to launch. We work with you or your chosen management company to ensure that all the final details are in place for you to welcome your first guests.
